Born in San Francisco, Collier has lived and traveled all over, finally ending up in Southern California in a home that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. After earning a BA degree in Art History from California State University at Long Beach, CA, Collier began a career in painting and design.

I have done all the things that most artists do: animation, illustration, licensing, freelancing and designing. But, simply, it is about the art. To be able to paint everyday and indulge in the pleasure and sometimes pain of this process has brought me meaning and fulfillment.
